Procedures for Using Facilities

【How to pay for air-conditioning facilities service】
Payment for the use of the air conditioner can only be made on site.
If you wish to have a receipt issued, please make a request at the reception desk on the day of use.

―How to make a reservation―

  1. Checking Availability
    Please check the availability of the facility on the date and time you wish to use by visiting the web availability page ( or calling the hotel at 0980-84-1551.
  2. Book online or submit an application form

―Apply via web page―
①Please apply directly from the above reservation website web page.
②If you receive an email confirming your reservation, you are done!
※Online reservation is available up to 90 days in advance, please call for more than 90 days in advance.

―Apply by fax or in person―
Application form for usage permit
 Fill out the application form (at least 5 days before the desired date of use).
 ⇒Please apply by mail, fax (0980-84-1552), or by bringing your application to the facility counter.

②When you receive the permission letter, your reservation is complete.

★Applications received after the application deadline
If you wish to apply for a reservation after the reservation deadline, please call us. (If you are leaving the room after 18:00, we will not accept last minute reservations. The same applies if you wish to extend your usage time.
※Please make a reservation at least 5 days prior to the desired date of use.

※Changes and cancellations can be made up to 5 days in advance. After that, 100% of the usage fee will be charged.

※The last time to start using the facility (reception at the counter) is 8:00 p.m.
※Reservations for the period from April 2021 to March 2022 will be accepted from January 4, 2021.
※On the day of use, please complete the procedures at the reception desk on the first floor. After the procedure, we will unlock the room.
※Please do not enter the room for preparation before the contracted time. Please prepare, clean up, and restore the room to its original state within the contracted time. Eating and drinking in the room is strictly prohibited.
※Please be sure to take all trash generated during your stay with you.
※The parking lot is limited to about 20 cars (shared). We cannot make reservations in advance. The parking lot is limited to about 20 cars (shared).
※Please note that it may be full in some cases. Parallel parking in the center of the facility parking lot is prohibited. If the parking lot is full, please use the municipal parking lot across from the facility, which charges 100 yen per hour (parking fee to be borne by the user).
※Free Wi-Fi is not responsible for connection, bandwidth, or any other issues.

―Payment of usage fees―

Cash payment on the day of use, bank transfer to an account, credit card payment (online payment in advance or payment at the counter on the day of use), electronic money

The account number is written on the application form.
Cooler usage fee will be charged separately (coin operated).

―Cancellation Policy―

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone or web page at least 5 days prior to the date of use.
If you cancel your reservation after that date, you will be charged the full amount.
If you are unable to reach us by phone, please contact us by using the inquiry form (please adhere to the cancellation and change deadlines)

―Terms of Use―

(1) Do not deface or damage the building, equipment, or display materials, or engage in any activity that may result in their loss.
(2) Do not make noise, use violence, or engage in any other conduct that may disturb others.
(3) Do not use fire without permission or engage in any activity that may cause danger.
(4) Do not eat, drink, or smoke outside of the designated areas.
(5) Do not take out display materials or photograph them without permission.
(6) Do not sell goods or solicit donations of money or goods for the purpose of profit.
(7) Do not engage in any other activities that are contrary to the necessary administrative instructions.
